The E-RAY is a real digital solarimeter with precision <3%, fully compliant with the recent CEI 82-25 standard which allows the use of this type of sensor or, as an alternative, a more expensive pyranometer.
Description
The E-RAY is weather proof and can be installed as a permanent data-logger together with the photovoltaic panels, since for solar radiation and temperature data-logger functions it is powered directly by its integral photovoltaic cells.
The data (solar radiation and temperature) are transmitted to the E-SUN by real time in wireless mode, and this function therefore requires an external power supply or batteries.
The E-RAY contains a dual broad-spectrum amorphous and crystalline silicon control cell for greater measuring precision.
The front features a large clear window with the standard cells, with two simple control keys at the sides. The multifunction display showing instantaneous solar radiation, module temperature, external temperature and position (in degrees) is in the centre of the lower part.
The E-RAY is equipped with a gravitational goniometric sensor, very useful for the operator when measuring the angle of the solar panels
