Instructions for the Standard Calibration
- Only applicable to instruments with a USB port (upgrade required for unequipped models!).
- Book the calibration service using the online shopping cart.
- Then send (if possible only the instrument) at your own cost to Microtronics.
- The cost of calibration is 115 €+ 25 € return shipment (excluding VAT).
- Processing times: from 1 to 3 working days excluding transport.
Accredited Calibration

Instructions for the Accredited Calibration
- Only applicable to BlueForce Smart and Pro instruments
- Book the accredited calibration service using the online shopping cart.
- Then send (if possible only the instrument) at your own cost to Microtronics.
- The cost of calibration is 285 €+ 25 € return shipment (excluding VAT) .
- Processing times: from 15 to 20 working days excluding transport.
Voucher Calibration + Cloud Area Subscription

Purchase VOUCHER Calibration + Cloud Area Subscription
- Only applicable to instruments with a USB port (upgrade required for unequipped models!).
- Book your Calibration + Cloud voucher using the online shopping cart.
- New customers will be sent a link to register for the cloud portal.
- Then, or after the calibration has expired, the instrument can be sent to Microtronics at your own cost
- The voucher is valid for one year, the cost of Calibration + Cloud is 155 € + 25 € return shipment (excluding VAT).
STANDARD CALIBRATION – SPECIFICATIONS
The Standard Calibration consists in the verification of the measurement error of the instrument, in the modalities foreseen by the internal procedure and in the environmental context of the Microtronics laboratories. A Calibration Certificate will be issued with accredited metrological traceability. The service includes the update of the calibration date in the instrument's memory and any adjustment to restore the required accuracy limits.
ACCREDITED CALIBRATION – SPECIFICATIONS
Microtronics also offers the EN17025 calibration service (only for BlueForce Smart and Pro instruments) in collaboration with a European Accredited Laboratory. An Accredited Calibration Certificate will be issued by the external laboratory. The service includes the update of the calibration date in the instrument's memory and any adjustment to restore the required accuracy limits. Detailed technical specifications of the Accredited Calibration are available on request.
VOUCHER CALIBRATION + CLOUD AREA SUBSCRIPTION
The voucher consists in booking two services at a reduced cost. You can immediately take advantage of online access to the BlueForce CLOUD area or renew a previous subscription, then afterwards you will be able to send the instrument for calibration corresponding to its natural expiry date.
EVENTUAL REPAIR
If the instrument fails, the Calibration activity will be suspended and the Customer will be informed of the cost of the repair, which may be covered by the Microtronics Technical Support Staff. If it is of no interest to repair the instrument, it will be returned unprocessed.
