BlueForce Cloud: an online platform for the Technical File and Risk Assessment
The BlueForce Cloud online platform, accessible via computers, tablets and smartphones, enables users to create and store the documentation and forms required for the Technical File and Risk Assessment of motorised gates and automatic doors.
Furthermore, it is possible to collect the measurements taken with BlueForce Smart Pro, which, via the ‘Smart GSM’ system, can be sent directly to your customer database.
The service is available for a fee via an annual subscription, but for owners of the BlueForce Smart Pro device and for those upgrading an ‘older’ device to Smart Pro, access is free for the first year.
Documents, forms and reports relating to the compliance of automatic doors and gates
With BlueForce Cloud, you can organise and store the documentation required for compliance and the maintenance of automatic doors and gates. The platform enables you to create:

- Risk Analysis for each type of door

- Printed report of force measurements
- Guidance and pre-filled forms for compliance

BlueForce Cloud: online management of customers, doors and documentation
As well as managing the measurements sent by the BlueForce device, the Cloud area allows you to draw up the documentation required for the correct certification of automatic doors. With just a few clicks, you can use pre-filled text and descriptions, drawn up in accordance with the criteria of the applicable standards, as well as numerous ready-to-use diagrams of doors and gates.
BlueForce Cloud can be used directly on-site via a tablet, smartphone or computer. With a tablet, you can also have the customer sign the reports directly on the screen. The documentation can be customised with your own details and company logo.
